Lake Ridge Villas South
The Lake Ridge South Homeowners Association (HOA) is set up for the benefit of Lake Ridge South property owners only. The sub-association is responsible for landscape and lawn maintenance in addition to ARC and CC&R enforcement.
The regular HOA assessment has been set at $237.00 per month for the 2022 budget year. The assessments are currently being billed monthly.
The CDD assessments for Lake Ridge South are $647.07 for the Bond and $813.52 for the Operations and Maintenance portion for a total of $1,460.59. These CDD fees are collected annually on your property tax bill.
