The next MHOA meeting is February 13, 2020 at 6pm at the Amenity Center. Baptist Hospital representatives will be present to discuss plans for the new hospital. All are welcome to attend.
Just a reminder that any changes and/or improvements affecting the exterior of your home must be submitted to the BAR for approval. This includes exterior lighting, changes in flower/plant beds, mulch color changes, removal or addition of trees and shrubs and flower pots, fountains and decorations. Did you know that a single mailing to our residents can cost a minimum of $4500.00? We are encouraging our residents to sign up for email notifications to decrease your costs. Look for a form to sign up for email in the Annual mailing coming to your home soon!

The MHOA does not own any property in the Plantation. If you have concerns about dead trees that may be in the preserve you need to contact the Amenity Center. The MHOA is charged with maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood so we all have a pleasant place to reside and our property values are maintained or elevated.
