Since 2000, Fleming Island Plantation has grown to over two thousand homes, sixteen neighborhoods and two pool complexes surrounding an eighteen-hole Bobby Weed golf course and clubhouse. In addition we have 6 Har-Tru Tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, playgrounds, sand volleyball courts and 4 pickle ball courts (currently under construction). Also new to the area is Baptist Clay Medical campus which includes medical offices, an emergency room and a full service 100 bed hospital and cancer center. Add to that the highly rated Thunderbolt Elementary and Fleming Island High schools, and the shops and restaurants in the Village Square and other plazas and you have a premiere all-inclusive community to call home.

When deciding to become one of our neighbors, we encourage you to become familiar with the governing documents to include the CR&Es and BAR guidelines that have been developed to maintain property values and protect the homeowner’s quality of life.
